Please discuss the questions in any order you'd like. Numbers are just there for easier reference. 

  1. Have you ever had an ongoing relationship with someone you’re in some kind of conflict with?

  2. How would you personally define "frenemy" based on your own experiences?

  3. Have any of your frenemies ever turned into friends? Has the opposite ever happened?

  4. What resources have you used to help relationships?

  5. Did anything mentioned in the video below connect with your experiences?

  6. If you aren't a part of the demographic focussed on in the video, did it surprise you that you could relate (or not relate) to what was being taught?

  7. Is there any positive value in frenemy relationships? How do frenemies influence your other relationships, your job performance, your mental health or other aspects of your life?

  8. Can you have personality conflict with someone, maintain relationship with them, and yet not become frenemies?

  9. Are there ways we could change our society to decrease rivalry?

  10. Is it possible that you're viewed as a frenemy by someone you know, and you're unaware of the dynamics behind this perception?

Calgary is also part of the homeland of the Northwest Métis and Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3.
